Jay Coen Gilbert is co-founder of B Lab, a nonprofit organization that serves a global movement of people using business as a force for good. He previously co-founded and later sold AND 1, a basketball footwear and apparel company, where he led product and marketing and was its CEO. Gilbert has worked for McKinsey & Co as well as several organizations in New York City’s public and nonprofit sectors. He is a Henry Crown Fellow and a winner of the McNulty Prize at the Aspen Institute, board president of the Philadelphia chapter of KIPP Philadelphia Schools, and a former board member of Investors’ Circle and Social Venture Network.
