Jessi Alexander is a country music singer/songwriter. Her career took off when she won the local Grammy Best Unsigned Artist Contest in 2001, then released her debut album, Honeysuckle Sweet. Alexander’s songs have been cut by many artists, including Miley Cyrus, who recorded the No. 1 Billboard Adult Contemporary hit “The Climb.” Lee Brice’s No. 1 song “I Drive Your Truck” earned her the Country Music Association Award and Nashville Songwriter Association International Award for 2013 Song of the Year, and the Academy of Country Music’s 2014 Song of the Year award. Recently, Celine Dion recorded Alexander’s “Didn’t Know Love,” and she signed a creative deal with Kobalt Music Group.
