Jim Clark
President and CEO, Boys and Girls Clubs of America
Jim Clark is president and CEO of the network of nearly 5,000 Boys & Girls Clubs serving 4.6 million young people annually nationwide and on military installations worldwide. There he has spearheaded a major organizational restructuring and introduced a new strategy to allow youth to achieve positive outcomes in three priority areas: academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. Clark has expanded the national network and positioned BGCA as the nation’s leading advocate for youth. Newly introduced programming supports the three outcome areas and includes STEM initiatives that address learning loss, workforce readiness, and trauma-informed practices. Previously, Clark was president and CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. He began his career at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, serving in multiple senior leadership roles including senior vice president.
