Jinsy Andrews is the director of neuromuscular clinical trials at Columbia University. Board certified in neurology, neuromuscular disease, and electrodiagnostic medicine, she has over 15 years of experience caring for people with neuromuscular disorders, primarily Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, at the Eleanor and Lou Gehrig ALS Center. Previously, Andrews was the head of neuromuscular therapeutics and senior director of clinical research and development at Cytokinetics. Prior to that, she was the director of the clinical trials unit and co-director of the MDA/ALS clinic at Hospital for Special Care in Connecticut. Andrews is co-chair of the Northeast Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis consortium, a National Board of the ALS Association trustee, and an American Academy of Neurology fellow.
