John Foley is founder and CEO of Peloton, a technology company at the nexus of fitness and media. One of Peloton’s products is a vertically integrated technology platform that allows consumers to take indoor cycling classes from their own homes. Brought to the market in 2014, the Peloton bike has been called the “best cardio machine on the planet” by Men’s Health magazine. Prior to founding Peloton, Foley was president of e-commerce at Barnes&Noble, CEO and co-founder of Pronto.com, CEO of Evite.com, and an early leader of Citysearch.com, starting in 1996. Before moving to technology leadership, Foley spent six years in manufacturing leadership with Mars Inc.
