Jonathan Schuldenfrei is a managing director in the risk and financial advisory practice of Deloitte. He advises clients in various industries, including energy, industrial products, and government, on incorporating ESG objectives into capital planning, finance transformation, investor relations, organic and inorganic growth strategies, and corporate governance. Focusing on linking non-financial value drivers in ESG to strategy, developing ESG performance indicators, and quantifying ESG benefits and impacts of risk factors, he helps clients combine these benefits to optimize allocation of capital. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2008, Schuldenfrei was an assistant vice president at GMAC Commercial Finance, a trader at Carlin Financial Group, and a trader with Heartland Securities Corp. He has significant depth and experience in the areas of operating models, finance strategy, valuation of business enterprises, mergers and acquisitions, and operations excellence.
