Kamilla Seidler is executive chef of Gustu Gastronomia, a restaurant and bar in La Paz, Bolivia, that’s considered one of the top 50 in South America. As head chef since Gustu’s opening in 2012, Seidler sources all products from Bolivian producers. She has represented Bolivia with lectures and expositions at gastronomic events worldwide, including Tambo in Bolivia, MadridFusion in Spain, Parabere Forum in Spain, Qaray-Mistura in Peru, Nam in Chile, Alimentarte in Colombia, MesaTendencias y G-11 in Brazil, and SFWC in Singapore. Seidler previously cooked in top restaurants including Mugaritz, Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Paustian, and Geist. She has received many awards for her work in Bolivia.
