Kendra Kostek is a program specialist at the US Department of Energy, where she leads permitting and deployment efforts for the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy across the wind, water, solar, and geothermal offices. Prior to this, she was deputy political director at Climate Power. Previously, Kostek was a project manager for the clean energy siting team at New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, She has also worked on presidential campaigns and in clean energy consulting.
