Kimberly Dent is executive director of the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood, which provides funding to Responsible Fatherhood programs in the state and makes policy recommendations, within the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. With over 20 years of government experience, Dent has served in various capacities in local and state child support programs, including child-support caseworker, program consultant, business analyst, human services program administrator, and in policy, outreach, education, and grants management units at the state’s Office of Child Support. She has also served as a commissioner on the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood, representing ODJFS. Dent is working on her PhD in public policy and administration, specializing in law.
