Konda Mason is co-founder and president of Jubilee Justice, a nonprofit bringing climate-resilient farming and economic equity to BIPOC farmers in the rural South. She also co-founded Potlikker Capital, a charitable loan fund deploying “reparative” capital to BIPOC farmers. A social entrepreneur, earth and social justice activist, and farmer, Mason, along with partner Woody Harrelson, opened the first home-delivery service of organic food in Los Angeles and negotiated the first organic-food section in a supermarket there. She teaches meditation and yoga and is a certified permaculture designer. A former volunteer for the Pachamama Alliance, Konda led ecotourism journeys to the Ecuadorian rainforest. Her board service includes Krista Tippett’s On Being and the historic Clayborn Temple in Memphis, TN.
