Kristy Drutman is the founder of Browngirl Green, a podcast and media platform committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as creative solutions to the climate crisis. She is also the co-founder of the Green Jobs Board, a climate tech start-up bridging the equity and inclusion gap within the green economy through conversations, resources, and pathways to bring more diverse talent into the environmental field. A public speaker, Drutman educates on environmental issues and facilitates workshops centered on environmental media and storytelling in cities across the United States.
