La June Montgomery Tabron is president and CEO of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. The organization’s first woman and first African American head, she leads its work to support thriving children, working families, and equitable communities. Tabron serves on the company’s board and chairs the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Trust. A certified public accountant, she joined the foundation in 1987. Tabron is a board member of Battle Creek Community Health Partners, Bronson Healthcare Group, and the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America-College Retirement Equities Fund. In 2020, she was named the recipient of the Bynum Tudor Fellowship at Oxford University’s Kellogg College. She has received honorary doctorates from Grand Valley State University, Ithaca College, Marygrove College, and Union Institute and University. (W.K.
