Lananh Nguyen

Lananh Nguyen is a reporter at Bloomberg News, covering finance from New York, including banks, wealth management, life insurance, and exchanges. She provides market commentary for TV and radio and chairs panels. Previously, she covered foreign exchange markets, among other beats. Prior to joining Bloomberg News in 2010, Nguyen worked at Dow Jones Newswires and The Wall Street Journal, where for five years she covered oil markets, OPEC, and energy trading from London. Earlier in her career, Nguyen was a news assistant at the Associated Press. She holds a BA from Tufts University.
