Laura Tyson is faculty director of the Institute for Business and Social Impact at Berkeley Haas School of Business, where she’s a Distinguished Professor in the graduate school. A former dean of London Business School and of Berkeley-Haas, Tyson served on the US State Department Foreign Affairs Policy Board, President Obama’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, and his Economic Recovery Advisory Board. In the Clinton administration, she chaired the Council of Economic Advisers and directed the National Economic Council. She’s chair of the Blum Center for Developing Economies board and a director for AT&T, CBRE Group, Lexmark International, and Apex Swiss Holdings SARL. Tyson co-authored the UN report Leave No One Behind.
