Lauren Leader is co-founder and CEO of All In Together, a nonpartisan organization training American women on civic leadership. The gender and politics contributor to “Morning Joe,” she also advises corporations on diversity and women’s issues. Previously, Leader was president of the Center for Talent Innovation and founding partner at Hewlett Chivée Partners. She authored the book, Crossing the Thinnest Line, and several research studies on women’s issues. Leader speaks at conferences and convenings, including the Milken Global Conference and World Economic Forum, and is a regular TV news commentator. A 2018 Presidential Leadership Scholar, she is a member of the Harrison (New York) Town Board and a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
