Laurence Fink is co-founder, chairman, and CEO of BlackRock asset management company. Prior to this, he was a managing director and management committee member of The First Boston Corporation. Fink is co-chairman of the NYU Langone Medical Center trustee board and a board member of New York University, the Museum of Modern Art, Council on Foreign Relations, and the International Rescue Committee. He is also a member of the advisory board of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing and the executive committee of the Partnership for New York City. Fink has been named one of the World's Greatest Leaders by Fortune and one of the World's Best CEOs by Barron’s for 14 consecutive years.
