Leah Devlin
Professor of Health Policy and Management, Gillings School of Global Public Health, University of North Carolina
Leah Devlin is a professor of health policy and management at the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health. In addition, she is a consultant to the Research Triangle Institute, International (RTI). Devlin served as North Carolina’s state health director from 2001 to 2009, and she was the local health director for Wake County Health Department for ten years. She currently serves on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Foundation Board and on the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Board. She is a past president of the Association of State and Territorial Health Directors. Devlin’s honors include UNC’s Distinguished Alumni Award.
