Leslie Davenport is a climate psychology educator, consultant and psychotherapist working internationally at the intersection of climate, education, policy and social justice. In practice for over 34 years, she is an advisor to the Post Carbon Institute, Climate Mental Health Network and One Resilient Earth and is the program lead and core faculty for California Institute of Integral Studies’ climate psychology certification. Davenport has authored five books, including “Emotional Resiliency in the Era of Climate Change” and “All the Feelings Under the Sun,” a book for tweens. She helped shape the guide, “Mental Health and Our Changing Climate: Impacts, Implications, and Guidance” by the American Psychological Association, Climate for Health and ecoAmerica.
