Liba Rubenstein is the director of Aspen Business Roundtable on Organized Labor, an initiative of the Aspen Institute’s Economic Opportunities Program. There, she leads a network of business leaders exploring constructive responses to workers organizing for agency and dignity. Prior to this, Rubenstein was founding and lead social impact executive at MySpace, Tumblr and 21st Century Fox. Previously, she helped found Civic Alliance, was board chair of Alliance for Youth Organizing and a member of World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Sustainable Consumption. Rubenstein also advised nonprofits Pop Culture Collaborative, KW Foundation, Vote.org, Social Impact Fund, CARE, Civic Nation, Why Tuesday? and Invisible Children.
