Lisa Earnhardt is executive vice president, Medical Devices, at Abbott, a $14 billion business that advances technologies addressing some of the world’s most prevalent, costly, and difficult-to-manage chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic pain, and movement disorders. Prior to joining Abbott, Earnhardt was president and chief executive officer of Intersect ENT, where she led the company from an early stage venture-backed start-up to a public company. Before Intersect, she was president of Boston Scientific’s Cardiac Surgery division. At Boston Scientific and earlier at Guidant, Earnhardt led global product launches and drove adoption of new medical technologies. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Advanced Medical Technology Association and the advisory board of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
