Maer Roshan

Maer Roshan is co-editor in chief of The Hollywood Reporter. Prior to this, he was editor in chief of Los Angeles Magazine from 2019 to 2023. Previously, Roshan was chief content officer of FourTwoNine Media and, before that, CEO and editor in chief of Awesome Projects. He also independently launched and edited the print or online publications NYQ, Radar and TheFix.com. Earlier in his career, Roshan was deputy editor of New York Magazine from 1993 to 2000. His writing has appeared in Harpers, New York, The New York Times, The New Republic, Miami Herald, Town and Country, Vogue and The Atlantic. Roshan’s recognition includes ASME, Webby and Emmy awards and Daily Front Row’s Editor of the Year award.
