Marci Hamilton is founder, CEO, and academic director of CHILD USA and the Fox Professor of Practice at University of Pennsylvania. A child advocate and expert on child sex abuse statutes of limitations, she has filed numerous pro bono amicus briefs for the protection of children at the US Supreme Court and state supreme courts. Among other publications, Hamilton is the author of Justice Denied: What America Must Do to Protect Its Children, and co-author of the textbook, Children and the Law. Previously, she was chair of public law at Yeshiva University’s School of Law. Hamilton’s honors include the 2012 Pennsylvania Woman of the Year Award.
