Marcie Merriman is a cultural anthropologist and human strategist at EY, helping organizations understand the nuances of human behaviors. She previously founded and led PrimalGrowth, a consultancy focused on connecting with customers that was acquired by EY. Before that, Merriman was executive vice president of strategy and insights at Big Red Rooster and director of business and brand planning at L Brands. A leader in cultural anthropology and brand strategy, her work has been featured in national media. A frequent keynote speaker, she has addressed global forums including Dubai’s Global Islamic Economic Summit and the Forbes CMO Summit.
