Marla
Blow is
North America lead at the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, the credit
card company’s philanthropic hub. She previously founded and led FS Card, a
subprime credit card venture, and worked at the Consumer Financial Protection
Bureau, ultimately as assistant director for card and payment markets. Earlier
in her career, she spent seven years in several roles at Capital One. Blow is a
Henry Crown Fellow as part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She won the
EY Mid Atlantic Emerging Company Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2018, was
listed as one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business, and was
featured in Vanity Fair’s April 2018 “26 Women of Color Diversifying
Entrepreneurship” photo shoot.
