Matt Rogers is co-founder and CEO of Mill, a company that has built a new system to prevent waste, starting with food. He also founded Incite.org, a values-based investor that provides catalytic capital and guidance for world-positive start-ups, nonprofits, and activists, where he leads investments in climate solutions as well as nonprofits and advocacy groups advancing climate policy. Previously, Rogers co-founded Nest, building the team that created the first machine-learning thermostat. He started his career at Apple, where he built the software team for ten generations of the iPod, was one of the first engineers on the original iPhone, and was involved in the development of five iPhone generations and the first iPad. Rogers is an active board member of Carbon180, Activate.org, and Advanced Energy Economy.
