Matthew Spikes is senior director of government relations at Business Roundtable. In this role, he is responsible for analyzing and advocating federal legislative and regulatory policies that promote U.S. competitiveness, economic growth, and job creation. Before joining the Business Roundtable, Spikes worked in the U.S. Senate on banking, labor, commerce, and judiciary issues.
