Mindy Lubber is CEO and president of the sustainability nonprofit Ceres, since 2003. A global thought leader, she has inspired coalitions of investors, corporate boards, executives, and capital market leaders to factor sustainability risks and opportunities into decision-making, and has helped change the political conversation around tackling climate change to one focused on jobs and the economy. Lubber previously served as a regional administrator in the Environmental Protection Agency under President Clinton. She also founded Green Century Capital Management and was director of the Massachusetts Public Interest Research Group. Her numerous honors include the UN’s Champions of the Earth Award, its highest environmental honor, and being named one of Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance, in 2020 and 2021.
