Mitch Berlin is the Americas vice chair of EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice, including EY-Parthenon strategy consulting. In this role, he leads a team of 8,500 across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Israel, driving corporate strategy, capital allocation, transactions, and turnaround strategies. Previously in his 25 years at EY, Berlin led some of the world’s largest and most complex divestitures and worked with organizations in 70 countries and a range of industries, spanning strategy, transactions, advisory, and assurance-based client services.
