Molly Fischer is the host of “The Cut on Tuesdays,” a weekly podcast from Gimlet Media and New York Media’s The Cut that focuses on stories about culture, politics, sex, and power. She has been with The Cut since 2013, most recently as features editor, and she has written for both the site and New York Magazine, profiling Judith Butler, Camille Paglia, Sheila Heti, and Rupi Kaur, and contributing cultural criticism on a range of topics, from commoditized feminism to workplace productivity in the age of slack. Fischer’s writing has also appeared in Bookforum, n+1, The New Yorker, Slate, and elsewhere.
