Mónica Guzmán is a senior fellow for public practice at Braver Angels, a cross-partisan grassroots organization working to depolarize America, and founder and CEO of Reclaim Curiosity, an organization working to build a more curious world. A bridge builder, journalist, and author, Guzmán co-founded the Seattle newsletter The Evergrey and advises Starts With Us and the Generations Over Dinner project. Her latest book is I Never Thought of It That Way. Guzmán was previously director of digital and storytelling at Braver Angels, a Henry M. Jackson Foundation fellow studying social and political division, and a fellow at Harvard’s Nieman Foundation for Journalism. She has been named one of Seattle’s 50 most influential women and was twice a juror for the Pulitzer Prizes.
