Natalie A. Jaresko is an American-born Ukrainian private equity investor, chair of the board of directors of the Aspen Institute Kyiv, and a member of the WEF Global Agenda Council on the Future of Financing and Capital. As Ukraine’s finance minister from 2014 to 2016, she negotiated the largest IMF program in the institution’s history, among other economic achievements. Jaresko was previously a member of President Yushchenko’s Foreign Investors Advisory Council and the Ukrainian Center for Promotion of Foreign Investment advisory board. She co-founded Horizon Capital in 2006, where she served as a managing partner and CEO, and in 2001 became president and CEO of Western NIS Enterprise Fund.
