Nita Mosby Tyler is founder and chief catalyst of The Equity Project, which supports organizations and communities in building diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, and of the boutique human resources firm The HR Shop. Previously, she was senior vice president and chief inclusion officer for Children’s Hospital Colorado, executive director of the City and County of Denver Office of Human Resources, and held leadership roles at AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, the McKesson Corporation, and Statline. A consultant accredited by the Georgetown University National Center for Cultural Competence, Mosby Tyler is nationally recognized for her equity work and a popular guest lecturer. She chairs the Denver Foundation Board of Trustees and is a trustee for the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation.
