Pam Fletcher is senior vice president and chief sustainability officer of Delta Air Lines, where she and her team’s main areas of focus are eliminating Delta’s climate impact from flying via the airline’s fleet, fuel, and contrails and embedding sustainability across the airline’s business. With over two decades of experience in automotive and transportation leadership roles, Fletcher was previously with General Motors, most recently as vice president of global innovation. Other roles at GM included vice president of electric vehicles and chief engineer of the Chevrolet Volt propulsion system. She’s a corporate director on the board of Coherent Laser, a member of University of North Carolina’s College of Engineering Advisory Board, and was named one of Crain’s Business’s 100 Most Influential Women in 2021 and to the 2020 list of 100 Leading Women in the Auto Industry by Automotive News.
