Reggie LaGrand is director of leadership programs at W.K. Kellogg Foundation. His programs of focus include the Community Leadership Network with the Center for Creative Leadership and the Global Fellows Network. LaGrand also oversees leadership grantmaking and assists with internal leadership and racial healing activities. As a Healing Circle practitioner, he facilitates conversations among people with diverse experiences from all races, ethnicities, and incomes. Prior to this, LaGrand was a member of the foundation’s Michigan team and co-led the place-based programming in Battle Creek.
