Rob Riley is president of the Northern Forest Center, which helps to create economic opportunity and community vitality through healthy working forests. He joined the center in 2007 after serving seven years as director of MicroCredit-New Hampshire, a statewide program providing financing and technical business assistance to small businesses. Prior to that, Riley was the founding executive director of Main Street Plymouth Inc., a comprehensive downtown revitalization program that received New Hampshire’s Main Street Program of the Year Award in 2000. His interest in the forest economy and rural communities is rooted in his early days working on his family’s farm in southern Vermont.
