Rob Solomon is CEO at GoFundMe and an active investor in technology start-ups with over 20 years’ tech experience. Previously, he was a venture partner at Accel Partners, advising their portfolio companies on strategic and operational issues. Prior to that, Solomon was president and COO of Groupon, where he helped scale the company from 100 to more than 5,000 employees. As CEO of Sidestep, he led the company’s turnaround and merger with Kayak. And he ran Yahoo’s commerce business unit. In 2018, Solomon was named one of TIME magazine’s 50 Most Influential People in Health Care. He serves on the boards of the Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA.
