Rob Walton is the retired chairman of the board of Walmart, a Walton Family Foundation board member and member of its Environment Program Committee, and co-founder of the Rob and Melani Walton Foundation. He’s on the board of Conservation International and chairs its Center for Environmental Leadership in Business, co-chairs the Arizona State University Global Institute of Sustainability, serves on the Mayo Clinic Arizona Leadership Council, and is an emeritus life trustee of The College of Wooster. Walton joined Walmart in 1969, holding various positions including senior vice president, corporate secretary, general counsel, vice chairman, and chairman from 1992 to 2015. Previously, he was a partner at Conner & Winters.
