Robert Costa is the moderator of “Washington Week” on PBS and a national political reporter for The Washington Post, where he covers Congress and the White House. A political analyst for NBC News and MSNBC, he has appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and “Hardball,” and the “PBS NewsHour” and “Frontline.” Previously a reporter then Washington editor for National Review, Costa has covered the current challenges facing party leaders, the 2016 presidential election, the 2012 race for the Republican presidential nomination, the 2010 midterm elections, and the battle over health care policy during the Obama presidency. He serves on the advisory council for the Keough School of Global Affairs.
