Rohan Phadte is a co-founder and the CTO of RoBhat Labs, a company dedicated to fighting the spread of misinformation and fake news using novel advances in technology. A robot enthusiast, Phadte built his first pathfinding robot at the age of 13. Since then, with his expertise in artificial intelligence, he has developed machine-vision techniques for autonomous vehicle start-ups, nano-satellites for the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and bot-detection algorithms powered by machine learning and natural language processing on social media. Now, he applies these state-of-the-art artificial intelligence methods to track, detect, and prevent misinformation on the internet.
