Samuel Myers is a senior research scientist at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, an instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, and director of the Planetary Health Alliance, where he oversees efforts to support quantifying human health impacts of global environmental change and translating that into resource management decisions globally. At Harvard, he leads research teams investigating planetary health matters, including global nutritional impacts of anthropogenic CO2 emissions and impacts of animal pollinator declines on human nutrition. Earlier in his career, Myers managed a conservation and development project in Tibet, was a USAID fellow, and was a senior director at Conservation International.
