Scott Fulbright is co-founder and CEO of Living Ink, a biotechnology company developing bio-based, renewable pigments and ink with a negative carbon footprint for a variety of industries, including packaging, fashion, and outdoor. A motivated entrepreneur using biotechnology to make sustainable materials, he started the company in 2013 and focuses on strategic planning, fundraising, and collaborations. Fulbright has spent the last 15 years at companies in the algal biotechnology industry, including as a visiting researcher at the Qingsao Institute in China and as a lab manager for Valcent, a venture capital algae biofuels start-up. He has also consulted for investment firms performing due diligence on biotech companies. Fulbright has a PhD in molecular biology from Colorado State University.
