Shira Stutman is the founder of Mixed Multitudes, an organization that exposes diverse groups of Jews and fellow travelers to Jewish life, tradition, and conversation. Interim rabbi at Aspen Jewish Congregation, she is the founding rabbi of Sixth & I Synagogue in Washington, DC. Previously, Stutman was rabbi-in-residence for the Jewish Federations of North America and a faculty member of the Wexner Foundation’s Heritage Program. Co-host of the “Chutzpod!” podcast, Stutman speaks nationally on growing welcoming Jewish spiritual communities and fostering connections across differences. Featured as a notable rabbi by Tablet Magazine, she was also named one of America’s Most Inspiring Rabbis by The Jewish Forward and a Woman to Watch by Jewish Women International.
