Ska-xjeing-ga Vicky Stott is a senior program officer for racial equity and community engagement at W.K. Kellogg Foundation. There, she is responsible for developing and coordinating grantmaking for positive systemic change for historically marginalized communities and vulnerable children. Prior to this, Stott was regional roving funding coordinator and then regional program development and funding coordinator at Oxfam Great Britain. A member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, she was previously director of communications for First Nations Development Institute in Longmont, CO, focused on public engagement to strengthen Indigenous economies and Native nations. Stott is board chair and executive committee member of Native Americans in Philanthropy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, with an emphasis on American Indian studies, from University of Colorado at Boulder. (W.K. Kellogg Foundation is a 2023 Festival Underwriter)
