Sol Trujillo

Sol Trujillo is chairman of Trujillo Group Investments. A business executive with three decades’ experience as CEO, he has led Australian telecom company Telstra (2005-2009), French telecommunications corporation Orange (2003-2004), and US West Communications (1995-2000), among others. Trujillo was an early champion of high-speed broadband and the mobile Internet. He was a trade policy advisor in the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations. Trujillo sits on corporate boards in the United States, European Union, and China, including WPP Group, Silk Road Technologies, Target, and Promerica Bank. He is co-founder of the Latino Donor Collaborative of US Latino business leaders, and has spoken about it on TV and in print publications.
