Tanya Selvaratnam is a writer, actor, activist, and an Emmy-nominated and Webby-winning producer. She is a co-founder of The Federation: a coalition of artists, organizations, and allies committed to keeping cultural borders open and showing how art unites us. For more than a decade, Selvaratnam has been a producer for Aubin Pictures. Most recently, she was the executive video producer and director for Glamour Women of the Year and Planned Parenthood. Selvaratnam has worked for the Ms. Foundation, the NGO Forum on Women in China, and the World Health Organization. She is the author of The Big Lie: Motherhood, Feminism, and the Reality of the Biological Clock.
