Warren Evans
Climate Envoy, Office of the President, Asian Development Bank
Warren Evans is a special senior advisor and climate envoy in the office of the president at Asian Development Bank, where he supports the development of the bank’s climate strategy and represents it internationally on climate change. He has 45 years of sustainable development and climate change experience, including 20 years at ADB with roles including special projects facilitator, director of the Environmental and Social Safeguards Division and environmental specialist. Evans has also worked at the World Bank as environment director and senior advisor for sustainable development, leading the establishment of the Climate Investment Funds and supporting senior management on a range of issues including climate change, biodiversity conservation and institutional operations.
