Wendy Suzuki is the Seryl Kushner Dean of the College of Arts and Science and professor of neural science and psychology at New York University. An expert on neuroplasticity and how the human brain changes and adapts throughout life, her work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Shape, and Health, among others. Suzuki has delivered TED talks on the benefits of exercise on the brain and how to calm anxiety. She is the author of Good Anxiety and Healthy Brain, Happy Life. Suzuki’s recognition includes being named to Good Housekeeping’s 2017 list of Top Ten Women Changing the Way We See the World and New York University’s Golden Dozen Teaching Award.
