Ying McGuire

Ying McGuire is CEO and president of National Minority Supplier Development Council, the first Asian American in this role. Previously, she was global vice president of international operations and business development at Technology Integration Group. Prior to this, McGuire held senior positions at Dell Technologies as global supplier diversity leader, worldwide procurement leader and worldwide operations council program management. She speaks on supplier and business diversity and economic development, including at the World Export Forum. McGuire is a founding board member of the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce and a board adviser of George H.W. Bush Foundation for U.S.-China Relations. She has been named America’s Top Diversity Advocate by DiversityBusiness.com and to MEA Magazine’s 25 Influential Women in Business list.
