Zoe Chance is a professor of marketing and a senior lecturer at Yale School of Management, where her elective “Mastering Influence and Persuasion” is a sought-after course. Her research, which focuses on interpersonal influence, has been published in academic journals, and her work has been featured in publications including The Wall Street Journal and Psychology Today. Chance is the author of Influence Is Your Superpower: The Science of Winning Hearts, Sparking Change, and Making Good Things Happen. Her framework for behavior change is the foundation for Google’s global food policy. Previously, she managed a $200 million segment of the Barbie brand at Mattel and, before that, developed an executive education leadership program at Harvard.
