A Path Forward on Economic Policy
Setup
We know the success of our economy depends in large part on a vibrant, market-based economic system. But markets, by their nature, don’t deal effectively with many issues. What will it take to reestablish intellectual integrity around facts and analysis in the policy arena? Is fiscal policy on the right track? Can we afford to fund important initiatives with increased deficit spending?
